IB Candidate School · PYP
An IB Candidate School for the PYPA multilingual international education in Russey Keo, Phnom Penh — from age three to Grade 12, with intentionally small classes and a community where every child is known.

A serious international education, in a school small enough to know every child.
A purpose-built campus and intentionally small cohorts. As a new school, we have shaped our learning environment around the needs of our students, rather than being limited by traditional ways of doing things.

From early childhood to Pre-University, Bloom offers a seamless and purposeful learning journey, where every stage builds the foundation for the next.

At Bloom, learning starts with a child's own questions. They investigate, test ideas and connect what they discover across subjects — so knowledge is something they build, not just receive.
Bloom is an IB Candidate School* for the Primary Years Programme (PYP) — the IB's framework for learners aged 3–12 — and the approach behind our Early Childhood and Primary classrooms.

Bloom International School (BIS) is a Candidate School for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), working towards authorization as an IB World School. We are committed to providing a high-quality, internationally minded education that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning, with aspirations to expand our IB programme offerings in the future.
From sport and the arts to robotics and service, students find the thing that lights them up.

Teamwork, resilience and healthy habits, all year round.

Visual art, choir and instruments — expression with an audience.

Coding, making and problem solving with real materials.

Debate, public speaking and language clubs that build the confidence to be heard anywhere.

Service learning and student leadership — empathy put into practice.

We are proud to partner with Boeung Ket Football Club, opening professional coaching and facilities to BIS students — and we keep adding partners in sport, the arts and global education.
